In turn, it follows that our focus is on international enterprise companies, with high requirements to our long term investments in branding and thought leadership.


As our Head of Marketing you will spearhead our marketing efforts, as one of our commercial teams, spanning marketing, sales and customer success. You will actively work with your team to create awareness of the challenges our customers face, while strengthening iPaper as a brand and as industry thought leaders. Everything we do is set in motion to ultimately support our inbound sales strategy, the preferred method of buying today, and even more so if we look into the future. While focus is on inbound sales, we also employ strategic sales to enter key markets and to ensure key brands in our portfolio, enabling us to spread our presence even further.



You…


  • Have a background in international B2B marketing.
  • Ideally have retail experience, either from within or in marketing to retail customers.
  • Understand technology and what makes the SaaS business model unique.
  • Support decisions with data when possible, but realize that not all decisions will have data available.
  • Want to see your team thrive and perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Have attention for detail, but don't care for micro management.
  • Are opinionated and not afraid to speak your mind with stakeholders.

  • Continually optimize the customer journey from awareness to lead to SQL.


Key Skills


  • Demonstrable leadership and people management skills. You should be a shining example of leadership for your team, and the company as a whole.
  • Operationally minded and adept at implementing solutions to menial and critical challenges alike. If you can't find a way, you make a way.
  • Proven experience with key online marketing tactics - SEO, PPC, ABM, email, automation, attribution.
  • Ability to plan strategically and to translate that into executable tactics & operations.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.


The Constellation


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with the four-person marketing team, as well as in close collaboration with the other departments, to executive initiatives and set plans in motion.
